First you’ll need to meet the requirements of the course. For most courses this involves passing the end of course assessment with a score of over 75%. After you’ve done this, you will need to find the course below and click “mark complete“. You can then refresh the page and you will be able to see the “view certificate” button. If you have any problem with this process please contact support who can verify your completion manually if required.
